ABOUT THE STAFF

Arlene White, PT SMPT An St -- Arlene is a 1998 graduate in Physical Therapy from Florida A & M University, and is certified in Equine Sports Massage through the FL College of Natural Health. She established HorsePower Equine Sports Therapeutics, in 1998, and is currently completing her Masters Degree in Animal Physical Therapy from the Queensland University in Australia.

Narelle Stubbs, PT B.App. ScPT MAnSt -- Narelle is the official physiotherapist to the Australian Equestrian Team for both horse and rider. She currently heads up the Masters in Animal PT offered at Queensland University and is pursuing her PhD researching equine back pain. Lecturer at the 2nd International Symposium on Rehabilitation & Physical Therapy in Veterinary Medicine 2002. She currently teaches Equine PT seminars around the world.

Dr. Hilary Clayton, BVMS, PhD, MRCVS -- Hilary is the first incumbent of the Mary Anne McPhail Dressage Chair in Equine Sports Medicine at Michigan State University. Her research is directed towards understanding the mechanics of equine Performance and lameness. She is the author of several books including The Dynamic Horse, Conditioning Sport Horses, Colour Atlas of Large Animal Clinical Anatomy, and Equine Locomotion.
