Certification in Equine Rehabilitation Therapy
Courses are taught at The Animal Rehabilitation Institute, a beautifully landscaped 10-acre facility about 20 minutes west of Palm Beach International Airport in West Palm Beach, Florida. We are conveniently located only miles from the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, Florida which runs December through May annually. The facility boasts 3 barns with a total of 18 stalls, soft stall systems rubber matting in all contact areas, a regulation Dressage Arena with Mirrors and Permaflex footing, an oversized round pen, beautiful grassy turnout, and an exercise hill. Student housing is available on-site for an additional fee.
We offer Equine Rehabilitation Certification courses for Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, Physical Therapists, and Physical Therapy Assistants.
We offer additional courses limited to Physical Therapists only specializing in Rider Assessment.
We also offer additional Continuing Education Courses for Equine Massage Therapists and Body Workers.
